• Study data: your onboarding answers, study preferences, streaks, flashcard and quiz activity, and other progress data you generate while using the Service.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests.
• Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, and device or browser information, collected automatically.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@studium.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Studium is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
